In the last 12 months, the company has overcome great challenges thanks to its commitment to excellence, demonstrating its leadership in technological solutions applied to the legal sector, public administration and the environment, among others.
Soltel envisions an ambitious and sustainable future.
In terms of staff, the company has experienced steady growth in its workforce, expanding its teams with increasingly specialized profiles in artificial intelligence, cloud development, data analytics and cybersecurityAmong other things. This evolution has been supported by a firm strategy of talent retention and attraction, offering great professional opportunities and competitive offers based on the candidate's experience.
At the business level, Soltel continues to expand as comprehensive technology provider, with the capacity to address from custom developments to SaaS solutions nationally highly scalable, such as eLex, RestMaster, SIGA or THEMIS, or its involvement in European projects, such as the deployment and DICIREG implementation in international consulates. Also noteworthy is its participation in regional plans such as Smart Territories and its specialization towards sustainable agriculture initiatives and against drought, using the artificial intelligence as a means to optimize results, as proposed ReduCit in Andalusia; as well as in large-scale Software Factory services for this sector, such as the Development of electronic administration applications for the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development in Seville.
In general terms, the company plans new launches in technology applied to the environment, legal automation, and large projects in verticals such as tourism, health and mobility, with particular emphasis on the digital administration and innovation in the workplace in the last year.
Some projects to highlight
One of the main achievements of this period has been the Award of the Software Factory service for the AGAPA Inspection and Control Systema key project for the proper supervision and control of agricultural and fishing activities in Andalusia. In parallel, the company was also awarded, in a joint venture with NTT Data, the Data Analytics Factory for the Digital Agency of Andalusiastrengthening its position in data intelligence and digital management solutions.
Internationalization has also played a prominent role, thanks to the implementation of the DICIREG system in the Spanish consulates in Europe, that modernizes and streamlines procedures through digital solutions within a regulatory framework. At the academic level, Soltel has signed an agreement with the Faculty of Law at the University of Seville to incorporate the eLex platform into the practical training of students, a tool that has also recently been adopted by the Legal Department of the Andalusian Regional Government (See news) and has recently been presented at the Digital Enterprise Show 2025 in Malaga.
In the area of data protection and regulatory compliance, the company has implemented a whistleblowing channel and specialized services in Cetursa Sierra Nevada. Furthermore, it has been awarded the TUSSAM Data Protection Officer, reaffirming its leadership in this area.
Other notable contracts include the Support service to the Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing, awarded by SANDETEL, as well as the homologation in the Framework Agreement for Cloud and Infrastructure Services of the Digital Agency of Andalusia, in collaboration with Accenture.
Awards and certifications during this period
The previous milestones have been accompanied by important certifications and recognitions. Thus, Soltel celebrates obtaining the ENS certification – High Level, which certifies compliance with high standards in information security; as well as having renewed the CMMI® Institute Appraisal Mark Level 3, guarantee of excellence in development processes.
On the other hand, with this anniversary we highlight that the company has been awarded the In-Company Training Award by the Seville Chamber of Commerce.

In short, this period has been marked by major projects, strategic advances, key collaborations and institutional recognitions that have resulted from the efforts of around 800 professionals who make up the company.
With all that, Soltel is moving towards its next anniversary with a clear vision: to delve deeper into the development of solutions with artificial intelligence applied to sectors such as justice, to continue projecting services that combine cybersecurity and quality, to optimize digital administration and to promote sustainable projects.
