The company SOLTEL has been awarded to carry out the support services for the digitization projects foreseen in the municipal modernization plans, based on the Framework Agreement of the Island Council of Tenerife. Specifically, the services to be provided are included in “Lot 4” of this agreement, consisting of consulting work and development of Smart Territories projects.
The object of the contract: the promotion of the island's digital infrastructure
This award establishes as its objective the provision of the service of technical support, evolutionary maintenance and change management support on the infrastructure delivery platform as a service (nubetenerife.es) to the municipalities of the Island of Tenerife, which involves the provision of the following services and/or activities on the same:
- Technical support for maintenance preventive, adaptive, corrective and evolutionary.
- Change management, supporting municipalities in the migration and effective use of virtual services.
- Resource optimization through automation and application of good IT practices.

The offer presented by our company obtained the highest score in the bidding process, standing out for:
- A solid and well-adapted methodology to the specific needs of the Cabildo.

Furthermore, the Cabildo's technical report positively assessed the previous experience of SOLTEL in similar contracts and its focus on ensuring an agile, secure, and efficient implementation.
