What is DICIREG?

DICIREG expands its service in Europe
Soltel is leading the implementation of the DICIREG tool in Spanish Consulates abroadThis marks a new milestone for the company in the digital justice sector. To date, the tool has been implemented in the consulates of Helsinki (Finland), Amman (Jordan) and, during the next week, its implementation will begin in Manchester (England).
Besides, Soltel he is currently providing training on the use of DICIREG in major European cities such as London, Rome, Lisbon, Oporto, Bayona and MilanThis is further complemented by the fact that, starting in September, this initiative will be extended to consulates in other regions of Europe, which will be announced later, and will expand into the continents of America and Africa, ensuring increasingly global coverage that will significantly improve the efficiency and accessibility of electronic Civil Registry services abroad.
DICIREG as a Justice 2030 project
The implementation of this new tool is part of the projects that the Ministry of Justice is prioritizing in the model of Justice 2030, with the overall objective of transforming the Public Justice Service to make it more accessible, efficient and contribute to the common effort of cohesion and sustainability.
Soltel It is one of the companies collaborating on this project since 2022, carrying out training, change management, and implementation of this new system. This involves the coordinated execution of numerous actions in the regulatory, organizational, and technological fields, as well as collaboration with multiple agencies and regional governments.
In the Spanish context, of all the judicial districts that make up the Spanish judicial system, Soltel is responsible for the execution of this project in 151, that is, all those that make up the autonomous communities of the Region of Murcia, Castilla La Mancha, La Rioja, Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
The deployment of implementations in our country is carried out by a team of More than 20 people specializing in digital justice and in training and change management. The project is being implemented simultaneously across the entire country, with coordinated and phased rollouts.
