Data Analytics Factory, this is the new contract of the Soltel-NTT Data joint venture for the Digital Agency of Andalusia

The Digital Agency of Andalusia (ADA) has recently awarded Soltel, in UTE with NTT Data, the Data Analytics Factory serviceIn general, the contract will consist of data analysis, cloud technology, maintenance of the technological platform, and integration of third-party data to improve the Administration's data. Data Analytics Factory, the object of the contract

For this new project, Soltel will offer Expert professional services for the design, development, and implementation of use cases (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, cognitive or other analytics), as well as for the Technological capacity in public cloud, platforms and tools supporting the corporate data analytics service and the operation/maintenance of the technology platform.

Also included with the above is the making the project available and integration of third-party datasets for the enrichment of the Administration's own data.

 

The Services demanded by the ADA

The project will be focused from a practice perspective DataOps that will seek to ensure the success in terms of transformation towards a data-driven organization of the investments made, in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Junta de Andalucía.

In addition, the service includes support for migrating previously implemented use cases in Departments or Agencies, whether to the cloud or on-premises. This work will be carried out through the following activity blocks:

 

  1. Functional definition and technical design of use cases:
  • Design, development and implementation of use cases in various areas of data analytics, including descriptive, predictive, prescriptive and cognitive analytics.
  • Integration and analysis of data from different sources, both structured and unstructured, to obtain valuable results and knowledge (insights).

 

  1. Data ingestion mechanisms:
  • Provision and management of the public cloud technology infrastructure that supports the corporate data analytics service.
  • Implementation and maintenance of the technological platform necessary to develop the use cases.

 

  1. Data lake creation and maintenance:
  • Ongoing operation and maintenance tasks of the technological platform used for data analytics.
  • It includes the management of cross-cutting layers of data governance and security.

 

  1. Data integration mechanisms:
  • Implementation of DataOps practices to ensure the integration and automation of data flows between data managers and consumers.
  • Use of technologies to automate data delivery, ensuring an adequate level of security, quality, and metadata.

 

  1. Big Data processing environment:
  • Integration of third-party datasets to complement and enhance the Administration's own data, facilitating a more complete and enriched analysis.

 

  1. Creation and maintenance of the analytical data warehouse:
  • Provision of tools and software for cloud-based cost management.
  • Performing data integration and analysis work on local information systems.

 

  1. Advanced analytics and artificial intelligence:
  • Implementation of algorithms and mathematical models applying artificial intelligence techniques to find patterns in data and make predictions.
  • Facilitating strategic decision-making through advanced analytics.

 

  1. Results analysis and visualization solution:
  • Developing solutions to effectively visualize the results of data analysis, using dashboards and reports.

 

  1. Horizontal and support services:
  • Provision of support services covering various areas necessary for the comprehensive operation of the data analytics platform.

 

  1. Tasks in the area of ​​Data Governance for use cases:
  • Management and governance of the data used in the use cases, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards.

 

  1. Making third-party datasets available:
  • Integration and use of external data to enrich analyses and improve data-driven decision making.

Among other recent awards to Soltel, there is the servicio de Factoría de Software for the Integrated Inspection and Control System of the Andalusian Agency for Agricultural and Fisheries Management (AGAPAThis project includes technical assistance for the evolution and improvement of the CINTA system, which centralizes all inspection and control procedures in the agricultural and fisheries sector, simplifying and optimizing these processes.

Soltel will provide key services such as project coordination, technical consulting, software analysis and development, graphic design, and technical support.
