What is the Transparency and Data Protection Council?CTPD)?
The Transparency and Data Protection Council of Andalusia is the independent supervisory authority on transparency and data protection of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
Created as a result of the publication of Law 1/2014According to the Public Transparency of Andalusia resolution of June 24, it is an organization in the process of formation that has carried out a process of rationalizing procedures as a starting point for the creation of a case management system that allows you to support the processing of your procedures.
Scope of the new management system
The construction of this case management system has fallen to Soltel, which in a record timeframe of just over 2 years, since the beginning of the project, it has managed to put In production, the processing of claims procedures in the area of Data Protection and all the processing of the Transparency Area.
The above assumes provide coverage to 75% of the agency's workers; 36 users out of a total of 49 workers that make up the Transparency and Data Protection Council of Andalusia.
In the coming months, the team of Soltel will integrate into the system the procedures of the General Secretariat, the Legal Office, and the Data Protection Compliance Office.

- Strict control of deadlines: The system automatically collects the legal deadlines that must be met in any type of procedure and the tasks necessary to prioritize the processing of files with deadlines close to expiry.
- High level of security: Based on user profiles, this tool has a powerful security system that limits access to functions and file data according to their confidentiality, in addition to recording all accesses and changes made.
Soltel continues to drive the digital transformation of public bodies
The project discussed in this article, concerning the creation of a case management system for the Andalusian Transparency and Data Protection Council, represents another milestone in the modernization of public bodies by Soltel, as the company awarded the contract.
