The decision by the Andalusian Society for the Development of Telecommunications (SANDETEL) to award this service to SOLTEL reflects its commitment to innovation, excellence, and efficiency in managing the health and well-being of Andalusian citizens. Thus, drawing on our more than 20 years of experience, The Specialized Technical Office for Health will be at the forefront of technology, facing and achieving all the objectives proposed in the award.

What is SANDETEL?

According to Article 2 of its Statutes, SANDETEL is the Public company of the Andalusian Regional Government, responsible for the execution of different information systems projects in their different aspects: Technical consulting, monitoring and management, development, implementation, administration and operation of the infrastructures, telecommunications systems and advanced services that, in a corporate, institutional and strategic manner, the Junta de Andalucía may require, to fully incorporate and maintain Andalusia in the Information Society.

Project-oriented service of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs

With a wide range of services, from support in the construction of systems to the administration of information systems, the purposes of this contract will consist of to provide comprehensive support to projects of the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs.

The above includes technological projects such as:

• Population-based Cancer Registry of Andalusia.
• Epidemiological Alert and Surveillance Network.
• Food industry information system (ALBEGA).
• Carnet de manipulador de alimentos.
• Gestión de subvenciones en Salud Pública.
• Registro de asociaciones de Salud.

Servicios incluidos en la Oficina Técnica especializada en Salud

Entre los requerimientos propuestos para atender y apoyar a la dirección de proyectos de esta Consejería, se encuentran las siguientes tareas:

• Acompañamiento desde las entregas de proveedores de construcción hasta el paso a entornos de prueba, formación o producción necesarios.
• Apoyo en la definición de procedimientos de los análisis y definición de los planes de pruebas.
• Gestión de análisis y acompañamiento en todo el servicio de análisis.
• Definición del modelo de la gestión de Requisitos y de los propios Requisitos, definición del seguimiento y control de los mismos y definición y acompañamiento en posibles defectos encontrados
• Apoyo en la gestión de cambio y definición de los procedimientos afectados.
• Informes de valoración de estimaciones realizadas por proveedores de desarrollo, apoyo en la revisión de valoraciones, definición de modelo de valoración.
• Localización y definición de interesados.
• Gestión y propuestas de diseño que ayuden al conocimiento y publicidad de los proyectos.
• Elaboración de contenidos para la implantación de formación, información y publicidad de los proyectos, además de realización de formación necesarias.
• Administración de Sistemas de Información si se requiere.
• Cualquier otro servicio que apoye a la Dirección de proyecto en los ámbitos de Requisitos, Análisis, Cambio y Valoraciones.

Seguimos impulsando el sector de la salud en Andalucía

Esta adjudicación se suma a numerosos éxitos de SOLTEL en el sector de la salud, siendo el más reciente de ellos la puesta en marcha del Biomedical Research Ethics Portal in Andalusia (PEIBA) of the Andalusian Public Foundation for Progress and Health.

Several awards, like the one in the previous example, reinforce Our commitment to the advancement of the health sector in our community, as well as throughout Spain. Specifically, the example of the PEIBA project underlines once again the SOLTEL's experience and capacity to implement technological solutions in the healthcare sector; This last case consists of the implementation of the Portal, considering the adaptation of the system to the required regulatory changes and its evolution so that it integrates with the electronic administration platforms of the Junta de Andalucía, favoring all biomedical research studies carried out in Andalusia.
