SOLTEL continues its Procedural Support Service to the Ministry of Justice

Line 1 – Incident and Request Management and Resolution:

  • Handling and resolving procedural and usage incidents and requests.
  • Maintenance of processing schemes, procedural data and parameterizations.
  • Testing and deployment of process management systems.

 

Line 2 – Procedural Advice:

  • Preparation of legal and procedural reports and consultancies.
  • Definition of functional requirements and participation in development and implementation.
  • Specialized support and collaboration in Digital Justice projects and FEDER funds.

 

Line 3 – MRR Consulting and Project Management:

  • Provision of procedural advisory services for MRR projects.
  • Compliance with functional and procedural objectives.
  • Collaboration on MRR Country projects and strategic vision for their reach through information systems in the Justice of Andalusia.

 

Innovative Methodologies for Efficient Service

Soltel will apply the project management methodology based on PMP and the ITIL methodology in the Incident, Request and Inquiry Management and Resolution (I/P/C) service. Some of the services included in this contract are the following:

  • Management, resolution, escalation and closure of incidents related to procedural management applications of various jurisdictions.
  • Handling incidents in web applications for procedural management and judicial procedures, such as Civil Registry, eJustice, Digital File, Electronic Headquarters, among others.
  • Incident management of systems involved in the exchange of information between procedural and processing systems, encompassing jurisdictional cooperation, resources, files, sending resolutions to the Judicial Documentation Center (CENDOJ) and communication with external bodies.
  • Answering user queries about the applications and systems specified in the contract.
  • Escalation of queries to the Procedural Advisory service when they cannot be resolved directly, or to other technical groups of the SSDJ as needed.
  • Maintenance of databases updated according to current procedural legislation, execution of parameterizations or corrections of data and information.
  • Maintenance of processing schemes, guaranteeing permanent availability and constant updating.
  • Review of functionalities and processing milestones, definition of operations, phases and statuses of judicial files registered in the applications.
  • Maintenance of collections of application templates for Procedural Management, ensuring optimal conditions, updating, debugging, and removal of obsolete versions. Furthermore, their automatic and periodic distribution will be facilitated in collaboration with other operational groups within the SSDJ.
  • Linking documents in the procedural process, fulfilling procedural impetus functions in the updating of phases and states of the matters.
