Soltel launches Appointment Booking for eight municipalities in the province of Seville

This is a project of the Provincial Council through Inpro, financed with European regional development funds, ERDF

Soltel is working on a project that will improve administrative efficiency in the town halls of Bormujos, Castilleja de la Cuesta, Gines, Espartinas, Camas, Castilleja de Guzmán, Santiponce, and Valencina. It involves a new appointment system for municipal procedures, designed to eliminate queues and delays at town halls.

The initiative, approved by the Seville Provincial Council through the Provincial IT Society (INPRO), represents an investment of €101,190 financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The appointment system for the eight municipalities has been described by INPRO's head, Carmen Rodríguez Quirós, in a press release as "a step forward in the overall service provided to citizens in the province's town halls, since this application facilitates the control of capacity in municipal facilities by public employees and prevents users from having to wait unnecessarily to have their requests addressed."

The service, provided by INPRO, involves the installation of sixteen kiosks across these eight municipalities, most of them located in their town halls. This application allows the town halls to keep track of notifications, with a daily appointment list, reports, and statistics.
