The awards ceremony took place on September 20th. XIV Literary Competition: Traveling by public transport or bicycle in 500 words, which this year has again sponsored SOLTEL.

In this 14th edition, the young Sevillian writer living in Tomares Sara Romero Moreno, has won first prize for her story "Bus 161". The jury praised the sensitivity and taste with which the story narrates a girl's journey on bus M-161 to meet her sweetheart at the Plaza de Armas Bus Station.

The second prize went to Marisa González Peralías from Seville for her work "The Traveler", in which she recounts the meeting of two women of different generations on a bus with Miguel Delibes as a backdrop.

Julio Pérez, CEO of SOLTEL, expressed his satisfaction at having been able to participate, as a businessman, in an initiative of this nature, “which serve to educate citizens on the importance of using public transport and adopting a lifestyle that is as sustainable as possible”.
