Sowing technological curiosity in the next generation | Female talent in data.

How do you explain AI and Data Science to young children? With passion, knowledge, and the example of leading professionals.

Our Business Intelligence (BI) team —composed mostly of women— it led a technology outreach day with primary school students. This was an opportunity for girls and boys to see that algorithms and data also have a woman's face, helping to break down stereotypes and promoting STEM vocations from an early age.

In the week that commemorates International Women's Day, initiatives like this remind us of the importance of highlighting diverse role models in science and technology and inspiring new generations.

The session also reflected our digital culture: while some of the team was physically present with the group, other colleagues participated remotely, demonstrating how technology allows us to collaborate and share knowledge from anywhere.

During the activity we talked about AI and the world of data, but we also opened a space to reflect on the responsible use of social networks and the role of technology in improving our environment.

Team pride for leading this initiative!
