Soltel has participated in the latest webinar organized by the Data Spaces Reference Center (CRED), an event focused on showcasing technological solutions that drive the creation and evolution of interoperable data spaces in Spain and Europe.
In this context, we presented Conform-Health, our solution designed to strengthen trust and governance in data-sharing environments, especially in the healthcare domain. During the session, our colleague José Carlos, Tech Lead in the Data and Artificial Intelligence area at Soltel, explained how the platform enables the dynamic and granular management of informed consent and citizens’ preferences regarding the secondary use of health data.

Soltel's commitment to interoperable and governed data spaces
Our proposal addresses one of the major current challenges of data spaces: ensuring that information sharing takes place within a verifiable trust framework, complying with regulatory requirements and reducing legal and reputational risks for participating organizations.
The infrastructure developed by Soltel:
- It allows for the recording of verifiable evidence of consent.
- It automatically applies user decisions on each data access.
- It facilitates a governance model aligned with European principles of data sovereignty.
- It reduces the technical complexity for entities that want to integrate into data spaces.
Technology at the service of trust and data sovereignty
In line with CRED's objectives, at Soltel we work to ensure that data spaces are not just a strategic initiative, but an operational and sustainable reality. Our approach combines:
- Secure and scalable architectures.
- Regulatory compliance by design (privacy & governance by design).
- Interoperability with European standards and alignment with GAIA-X.
- Automation of control and traceability processes.
CONFORM-HEALTH has the financial support of the European Union through the Next Generation EU funds within the framework of aid, in the field of digitalization, for the digital transformation of strategic productive sectors through the development of technological products and services for Data Spaces, of the State Secretariat for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function)
With this participation, Soltel reinforces its commitment to the development of secure, interoperable data spaces aligned with European standards, actively contributing to the construction of a solid and trust-based digital ecosystem.
