SOLTEL launches a Training Plan that will improve the qualifications of 120 workers

The technology group will provide 5,000 hours of training on the most advanced technologies and methodologies.

SOLTEL is on track to reach a workforce of over 300 employees. The technology group achieved record hiring in 2021, growing by 26.5% to close the year with 252 employees. And throughout the first few months of the year, it plans to create more than 100 new jobs, a figure that is already becoming a reality in these early days of 2022. Therefore, the group has prioritized boosting training so that the workforce not only grows in size but also in skills and expertise.

The Human Resources Department has launched an ambitious Training Plan for this year that will allow the firm to enhance the skills of more than 120 professionals. The training strategy includes delivering 5,000 hours of instruction in the most in-demand technologies, as well as in management methodologies and skills. The project aims to be a motivating factor while simultaneously fostering talent retention, a catalyst that will allow SOLTEL to offer its clients highly qualified professionals with the necessary preparation to confidently meet the challenges of the projects in which they participate.

Pioneers in teleworking

Alongside qualifications, SOLTEL will continue to promote workplace flexibility to keep its workforce highly motivated. To this end, remote work will remain a key element. Trusting employees and allowing them to perform their daily tasks from home—something now commonplace in many companies—has been in SOLTEL's DNA since its inception. The Seville-based technology company pioneered a model that allows the Human Resources department to hire the best candidates for each position nationwide. This also facilitates work-life balance and availability for employees.
