Organized by the onTech Cluster, to which it belongs, it has included representatives from government agencies and leading companies.
Soltel recently participated in the "Modernization and Digitalization of Public Administrations (AAPP)" conference, an online event organized by OnTech Innovation, the largest cluster in Spain, of which Soltel is a member.
The meeting was very dynamic and had three parts: a first part in which some of the companies, prominent firms in the Andalusian ICT sector, presented their main projects; representatives of the administration and a third part in the form of a debate.
In the first part, Soltel explained its ongoing work with public administrations and the main initiatives it is developing in fields such as Justice, Agriculture, and the Fisheries sector. Francisco Quintero, Director of Operations Solutions for Public Administrations, was responsible for explaining the work the Andalusian technology company is carrying out with public administrations, focusing primarily on areas such as workplace solutions, systems administration, digital transformation, and project management offices.
Quintero highlighted that Soltel has made data the center of its activity, something that allows it to develop projects for Justice, Environmental Protection, Agriculture, Medicine, Electronic Administration and even the Circular Economy.
Rafael Padura, director of Institutional Relations for the cluster, was in charge of introducing the various representatives of companies and entities, in a day that included the intervention of Eduardo Haro Amatem, CEO and founder of Nazaríes and member of the Board of onTech, with other business representatives and officials from public administrations, such as the manager of Inpro, Carmen Rodríguez Quirós; the director of digital strategy of the Junta de Andalucía, María Pérez Naranjo; the director of digital modernization of the City Council of Seville, Francisco Fernández Lineros, or Santiago Braña, general director of IT Planning of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, among others.
La importancia de los fondos Next Generation y su impacto en las distintas administraciones fueron algunos de los temas debatidos, así como los cambios de hábitos en los ciudadanos y el acceso de éstos a las tecnologías.
