Last July, Soltel participated in the Study Tour Digital Government LatAm GovTech 2026, IDB Mission, an initiative promoted by the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Function, the Ibero-American General Secretariat (SEGIB) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which in its first edition brought together representatives from different countries to share experiences and good practices in digital transformation and modernization of public administrations.

We had the opportunity to show how we integrate Artificial Intelligence into existing processes, helping organizations reduce processing times and increase productivity through intelligent assistants specializing in document management, legal analysis, and administrative automation.

We thank AMETIC for the invitation and for giving us the opportunity to exchange experiences between Spain and representatives from Bolivia, Uruguay, El Salvador and the Dominican Republic.

It was very interesting to see how Spain continues to consolidate itself as a European benchmark in digital administration and to share reflections on the challenges that will mark the next decade.
