Soltel Group's Talent Acquisition Program is back

Between October and November, Soltel will resume its annual Talent Acquisition program, providing an opportunity to young students of Higher Level Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS), especially dedicated to the development of software, who wish to start their professional career in the technology sector.

Following last year's success, this year new schools are joining our visits, which we will attend together with former students who will share, firsthand, their experience with this program through which they are now part of our staff.

 

For students of Higher Level Vocational Training Cycles

As part of the Talent Acquisition Program, the team of Soltel Group it will begin by visiting various institutes, bringing the technological world closer to the classrooms and discovering young people with potential in this field.

Thanks to this initiative, students of Higher Level Vocational Training in areas such as application development, software, web and multiplatform development will have the opportunity to participate in various talks where our company will share the daily reality of the IT sector. Furthermore, after the evaluation of the relevant applications, some students will be able to access internship at Soltel Group, acquiring valuable professional experience in cutting-edge projects.

The positive results of 2023 have led us to repeat the experience, as several participants in the Talent Acquisition program proved their worth and were hired after completing their training, demonstrating the this is Soltel's commitment to supporting the development of promising young talents in the technology sector. Quality Training and Exciting Projects

Once the applications have been evaluated during the months prior to March, the time when the students' internships would begin, will begin our Talent Acquisition Program. This training system, which will have been discussed previously during visits to the centers, will offer each selected student the opportunity to work in a professional environment with Mentors with over 20 years of experience, which will allow them to participate in real projects, while they receive practical and continuous training.

Once the working methodologies we use are established, students will be able to access the project, at which point the decision will be made to select, from among the students who wish to continue with us, a scholarship of up to 6 months and a professional career within the company.

In summary, this experience not only allows young people in internships develop or strengthen key skills for their future, but it also gives them the opportunity to learn firsthand about a professional activity deeply linked to the Innovation, the creativity and the problem solving through technology.
