The Regional Ministry of Economy and Knowledge has entrusted SOLTEL with one of the largest and most multidisciplinary projects undertaken by the Regional Government of Andalusia in 2017: the supply of servers and storage for the Ministry and its Territorial Delegations of Economy, Innovation, Science, and Employment, for a total of €766,748.50. This contract includes all services related to the installation and commissioning of the entire supplied infrastructure, its configuration and setup, as well as its integration with the existing infrastructure and the installation of applications and services on the new infrastructure.

The acquired server and storage infrastructure will support information systems and applications along with CEC's automated services intended directly for citizens, as well as other services intended for internal use by public employees in the performance of their duties, both from the Central Services (SSCC, hereinafter) and the DDTT.

This project will include support for a reorganization and migration of its Active Directory, to a new and updated one, as well as the redesign of its storage structure based on distributed systems allowing greater control and centralization of the data of the Ministry and its headquarters, thus resulting in greater efficiency and reliability for the citizen.
