Soltel has been selected to implement and support the new comprehensive legal case management system at the Legal Department of the Regional Government of Andalusia, one of the most important legal departments in Spain. The contract includes the implementation of eLex, a platform developed by Soltel specifically for the management of legal and administrative files. eLex It not only optimizes the internal processes of the Legal Department, but also incorporates the most advanced technologies in artificial intelligence, which guarantees greater efficiency in the management of files and documents.
Key features of eLex:
- Integration with Lexnet: Facilitates the secure transfer of documentation between judicial bodies and administrations, optimizing the communication process.
- Signature tray and @firma: Integrates the electronic signature of documents, streamlining the validation and authorization of procedures.
- Advanced document management: Improves the search and organization of files through advanced search filters.

- Security and compliance: Aligned with the National Security Scheme (ENS), it includes the latest technologies to guarantee the protection of sensitive data.
In addition to these main features, eLex It includes complementary modules, such as template management, legal agenda management, entry and exit registration, work calendar, message and notification management, and specific modules for reports and statistics.
