On March 2, 2026, our CEO, Julio Pérez, participated in the Information Session “Training and Business”, held at the headquarters of the Cajasol Foundation, a space for dialogue focused on the connection between training and the labor market and on the challenges of youth employment.
Key issues such as the following were addressed during the colloquium: youth employability, the strategic role of training in accessing the labor market and the challenges posed by the future of youth employment.
Our CEO shared Soltel's vision on the importance of strengthening the collaboration between business and universityaligning training pathways with the real needs of the technology sector and generating professional development opportunities for young talent. Within this framework, he addressed the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the training processes for junior profiles, analyzing how its integration into training environments accelerates the learning curve, optimizes the acquisition of technical skills, and improves productivity in the initial stages. He also emphasized the importance of establishing objective metrics that allow for the evaluation of the return on investment (ROI) derived from the use of AI-based solutions, guaranteeing their efficiency, sustainability, and real contribution to organizational performance.
