The Government of Navarre has awarded Soltel Group, developers of the ELEX tool, the implementation of a comprehensive solution for the management of judicial files of the Legal Advisory Service of the Department of the Presidency and Equality, with an execution period until 2030.
ELEX is a comprehensive solution that optimizes the legal management of public administrations through advanced document processing technologies, native integration with LexNET and Avantius PSP, and a high-availability SaaS architecture on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Key features include the management of judicial and non-judicial files, a dashboard with business intelligence, an electronic signature tray integrated with @firma, and the automation of procedural deadline calculations. This initiative contributes to the digital modernization of the Provincial Administration and consolidates Soltel Group's extensive experience in the LegalTech field.
Main features of ELEX
1. Integration with LexNET and Avantius PSP: It allows the receipt and sending of judicial notifications directly from the platform, with downloading of headers without starting the calculation of deadlines and confirmation of individual or mass reading, guaranteeing total control of procedural deadlines by lawyers.
2. Signature tray and @signature: It integrates advanced electronic signatures into all document flows, allowing documents to be signed individually or in batches without leaving the system, with full traceability and legal validity in accordance with the ENS.
3. Advanced document management: It incorporates a semantic search system based on PostgreSQL Full Text Search, smart templates with integrated editor, version control, and a centralized document repository that eliminates the scattering of information among shared folders and emails.
4. Dashboard and business intelligence: It offers configurable dashboards with key performance indicators for the legal service —volume of cases, processing times, workload per lawyer— enabling data-driven decision-making.
5. Security and regulatory compliance: The solution is deployed in SaaS mode on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with ENS level HIGH certification, ISO 27001, ISO 27017 and SOC2, with data residing in the territory of the European Union, guaranteeing full compliance with the GDPR and the National Security Scheme.
