Last June 23, 2025, Soltel celebró su esperada jornada interna, un encuentro clave para poner en común los avances, logros y retos afrontados por cada una de sus divisiones durante el último año. Además de revisar el estado actual de los proyectos, el evento sirvió para definir las líneas estratégicas que guiarán a la compañía en el próximo ciclo, siempre con el objetivo de impulsar la transformación tecnológica y consolidar la excelencia de sus servicios.
Un equipo experto, comprometido e innovador
With more than 800 profesionales especializados, Soltel se mantiene como un referente en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas adaptadas a las necesidades reales de sus clientes. Durante la jornada, varios responsables de proyectos y divisiones compartieron la diversidad, adaptabilidad y compromiso que caracterizan al grupo.
A continuación, transmitimos algunos de las actualizaciones para cada área de la compañía:
AMS: consolidación y crecimiento
La división de Application Management Services (AMS) He highlighted the announcement of the start of services related to data governance and a data analytics factory for the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification, in collaboration with NTT, the launch of the service in the Parliament of Andalusia and the current status of other projects underway, such as the Software Factory in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development and IFAPA, among others.
PMO: greater presence in sensitive projects
The Project Management Office (PMO) announced its new contract with the Equality and Health area, and the integration of the Judicial Bodies (OOJJ) team, reinforcing its presence in projects with great social impact.
DMS: broadens horizons and consolidates services
The division DMS, especially dedicated to data engineering, strengthens its presence in public sector projects, including the start of the IFAPA scientific data management platform, the software factory in the Parliament of Andalusia, as well as in the Ministry of Agriculture or the creation of various products, such as document anonymizers and conversation assistants, such as JuntaGPT, among other projects.
CeI: networks and textualization with AI
La división de Communication and Infrastructure (CeI) It showcased the execution of key projects such as the Management of the Corporate Telecommunications Network of the Regional Government of Andalusia (RCJA) or the support provided to the Ministry of Tourism and the ICT service to EMASESA, standing out in the modernization of the wiring in public bodies and the deployment of the system AI-powered text generation, especially useful in the judicial environment.
PT: More efficient digital environments
En cuanto al área de Puesto de Trabajo (PT), se subrayó el soporte al Parlamento de Andalucía y la renovación de los servicios a SANDETEL. Se está avanzando también en la migración a Microsoft 365 y en la mejora de procesos internos. El equipo de Soporte Transversal es otro de los hitos recientes, con un enfoque ágil y multicanal.
GC: acompañamiento al cambio
La división de Gestión del Cambio (GC) compartió sus avances en el sistema DICIREG, que se está implantando en registros civiles y consulados. También continúa su labor en el proyecto MOAD con ayuntamientos y mantiene vigente el contrato de Asesoría Procesal. Entre las novedades, se destacó la candidatura al concurso CAU del Ministerio.
OTC: una nueva división que despega con fuerza
La joven división de Optimización de la Cadena de Trabajo (OTC) comenzó su andadura con proyectos clave como la Administración de Sistemas del Parlamento y el despliegue para el Centro Informático Científico de Andalucía (CICA). En paralelo, está gestionando servicios internos de Soltel y el soporte a CICA / ICA. Además, esta área estará al frente de varias adjudicaciones la ADA, suponiendo un gran inicio para la división.
IDi: ciencia, datos y futuro
La división de Innovación, Desarrollo e Investigación (IDi) He stood out with major projects such as REDUCIT, focused on combating drought in Andalusia. It is also running three projects in Health Data Spaces (CONFORM-HEALTH, Key2Rare, and SMARTTRIAL) and has submitted initiatives to Interconecta 2025 (Hydra, MicroBioSkin, and MyMica). DIS: the drive for intelligent software
La división de Software Development and Engineering (SDE) shone with the product eLex, a LegalTech solution with artificial intelligence that improves the productivity of hundreds of lawyers throughout Spain, is already implemented in several government agencies. Certified at the High Level of the ENS (National Security Scheme), the eLex System was a key player in the Digital Enterprise Show 2025 and officially presented by the Digital Agency of Andalusia. The DIS area also showcased progress on platforms such as @driano, Fortuny, Lexnet, and Lictor. SIGA.

TEJA: real transformation of the Administration
TEJA It was presented as a centralized, flexible, and extensible electronic processing system. Its objective is to digitize administrative procedures and improve the efficiency of management centers. It integrates tools such as @firma, SCSP, and Port@firmas, and its modular design allows for future adaptations without affecting the core of the system.
George: the new order in the agricultural world
Another of the protagonists was GeoRega solution designed to centralize the Register of Agricultural Holdings (REA) and ensure data consistency in a previously fragmented ecosystem. This interoperable, low-maintenance system enables efficient management for both the administration and citizens.
A look to the future
In short, this event on June 23rd made it clear that Soltel continues to move forward steadily towards a transformación tecnológica sólida, escalable y sostenible en diferentes organismos del sector público.
