An incentive has been received from the Innovation and Development Agency of Andalusia (IDEA), of the Regional Government of Andalusia, for an amount of 44.671,02 €, co-financed 80% by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF, for the implementation of the TRANSOFT project with the objective of Promote technological development, innovation and quality research.

The main objective of the TRANSOFT project is the development of a system of software components to expand the current ZISDE management ecosystem, in order to improve the company's internal management processes by generating accurate reports on key aspects that are not currently being adequately measured.

ZISDE is a management ecosystem based on open-source tools. This software development ecosystem, for all types of projects, is based on the integration of stable and established solutions approved by developers, communities, and companies, whose implementation represents an advance in terms of quality and efficiency in the software factory.

TRANSOFT is launching two new processes: software maintenance service management and project and process auditing. Until now, neither process had been digitized. The first represented a significant bottleneck for improving this type of service, while the second will bring about a general improvement across all processes, enabling corrective actions to be implemented.

The results obtained allow for a greater degree of industrialization in the management of software development and maintenance projects. In this way, the system accurately measures the fundamental parameters that affect the performance of work teams, optimizes project management performance, and identifies areas for improvement and addresses them with a holistic view of the processes and resources involved.

With all this, ZISDE, through higher quality software development services, will improve the company's image with clients and employees by providing more efficient, more personalized and continuously improving processes and services, enabling strategic business decisions and increasing the value of services provided in the software development and maintenance market.
