Soltel prepares the general shareholders' meetings of several football clubs with the SIGA tool

Following the Betis match, Seville's technology will expedite the celebrations of matches for Eibar, Celta and Alavés, among others.

Top-flight football clubs are turning to Seville-based technology to ensure the smooth operation of their shareholder general meetings. The SIGA tool, designed and marketed by Soltel IT Solutions for the past six years for shareholder management, continues to grow in the number of clubs using it, both in the first and second divisions. While Real Betis Balompié was the first to test it during its General Assembly in September 2015, several clubs have now subscribed to the service, and requests for 2022 continue to rise.

Betis held its general assembly last week with the support of SIGA, and in the coming days, Soltel is finalizing the platform for Eibar, Alavés and Celta to hold their respective general assemblies, which they will do between December 15 and 20.

Soltel has achieved 100% digitization of the shareholder register of clubs and other organizations with SIGA. SIGA features several modules and a dedicated app for shareholders, combining reliability with ease of use. One of its most notable features is the ability to vote quickly and securely at both in-person and virtual meetings. It also facilitates electronic communication with shareholders, adding to the advantages offered by subsystems specifically tailored to the needs of each organization's users. All of these elements become invaluable allies for managing associations and organizations during critical moments such as general meetings, when they must report to their shareholders—a crucial test where nothing can go wrong.
