Soltel IT Systems has become one of the promoting entities of the Innovation and Talent Program (PIT) in Extremadura. This program has enabled the We are looking to hire a Senior Engineer for our Badajoz office.Combining technologist training with professional practice in the R&D Department, all with the aim of improving job placement and enhancing the region's talent.

Soltel's objectives in this project are:

• To equip the technician with the knowledge and skills necessary for the execution and management of market-oriented R&D projects in the field of new technologies.
  To train the student to work in the management of Precision Agriculture and Industry 4.0 projects and specifically to orient these projects towards the exploitation, dissemination and marketing of the project results.
• After the initial period, the group expects to consolidate its R&D department and grow through European projects, primarily in the agri-food sector, creating value and employment in the region.

This program is an initiative of the Extremadura Public Employment Service (SEXPE), of the Ministry of Education and Employment of the Regional Government of Extremadura, and is co-financed by the European Social Fund.
