SANDETEL awards SOLTEL the provision of support services for the development, implementation and maintenance of applications for the Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing

The Andalusian Society for the Development of Telecommunications (SANDETEL), a public company of the Andalusian Regional Government dependent on the ADA (Andalusian Digital Agency), has awarded to SOLTEL Providing support services for the development, implementation and maintenance of applications for the Ministry of Development, Territorial Planning and Housing in Seville.

SANDETEL's decision to award SOLTEL This service highlights our value commitment to innovation, excellence and efficiency in the management of policies on housing, urban planning, land management, infrastructure, mobility, sustainability and the well-being of Andalusian citizens, being at the cutting edge of technology, addressing and achieving the objectives set by the Junta de Andalucía in the field of PMOs.

SOLTEL will be responsible for project management through the Project Office, facilitating a swift and effective response to citizens' needs in areas such as the management of Youth Rental Voucher, the Programs of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of Eco Housing, improvements in essential transport services, such as: CAP exams, the transport fees, the Youth Transport Card, the creation of the new Territorial and Urban Planning Information System of Andalusia, Situ@, the new TESEO for the management of regional inspections in matters of Land Planning and Urban Development, the Register of Protected Housing, or the Register of urban planning entities, REUCA, inter alia.

On the other hand, SOLTEL will also contribute its functional and technical knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement which will allow the Ministry to make decisions and improve transparency and accountability to citizens.

Finally, SOLTEL will ensure proactive problem resolution. Technological updates to tools and applications will also be a priority, improving system functionality and facilitating access to information and services for citizens as well as guaranteeing a smoother and more accessible experience.
