Betis, Eibar, Celta and Alavés are once again relying on the SIGA tool for their general meetings

Top clubs are betting on the platform, which features updates and technical improvements.

The SIGA tool It continues to lead the voting process for the general assemblies of top-division football clubs, most of which were held a few days ago. First used in 2015 at the Real Betis Balompié General Assembly, the platform created by Soltel is now an indispensable element for the voting system of the most important meeting for football teams: the one held at the end of the financial year. This year, clubs such as Betis, Eibar, Alavés, and Celta, among others, have once again relied on its effectiveness for their respective general assemblies.

Soltel's Business Solutions Director, Alejandro Caraballo, explained that the technology company has worked in recent months on several security updates and technical improvements to SIGA to ensure it remains the most effective tool for general meetings.

But SIGA's usefulness extends far beyond the day of the annual general meeting. The tool has fully digitized shareholder registers, among other documents, and features several modules and a dedicated app that guarantee ease of use and security. One of its most valued features is the speed of voting, both in in-person meetings and those held virtually during the pandemic. These are all essential elements for clubs, which readily adopt the tool for their most important annual events: their annual general meetings.
