Project objective

The objective of the project is the analysis, design, layout, development, testing, implementation and launch of a Cloud-based web service aimed at SMEs, to help managers quantify the future situation of the company, through the construction of different scenarios that combine the information existing in the company.

Companies that use the service will improve their productivity, since they will no longer have to dedicate much effort to compiling information to prepare management reports.

Furthermore, the working habits of the actors involved in the process, project managers, bid managers and executives, will improve, as they will enter into the dynamic of reporting information in an orderly and periodic manner.

The project is financed by RED.ES with a grant from FEDER funds through the “Programme to foster cloud computing solutions for SMEs in Andalusia C-012/14-ED”.

Objectives

Analysis, design, layout, development, testing and deployment of a cloud based service for SMEs, to help managers to quantify the future state of their company, by building different scenarios combining the information available about the company.

The enterprises that use this service will increase their performance since they will stop putting a lot of effort in gathering information to compile executive reports.

They will also improve the working habits of the actors involved in the process, projects leaders, proposals responsibles and executives, which will adopt the dynamics of reporting information in a periodical and ordered manner.
