SOLTEL has implemented a Communication System called the “Internal Information System” so that, in a simple and approachable way, and in a confidential environment, they can communicate incidents and irregularities related to illegal conduct, regulatory non-compliance, or practices contrary to the principles established in our Code of Ethics. This channel operates under the following principles:

  • Good faith when making the communication.
  • Commitment to non-retaliation.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Information security.

The Internal Information System allows you to report any irregularities detected in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and combating corruption. You may submit your report anonymously if you wish. In accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, "you will be informed of the admission of your communication within seven calendar days following its receipt."

Similarly, the Law states that "the maximum period for responding to investigative actions may not exceed three months from the receipt of the communication, except in cases of special complexity that require an extension of the period, in which case, it may be extended up to a maximum of another three additional months."

Those informants who act in bad faith, present false information, or whose sole purpose is to undermine the reputation of the company or any of its professionals, will be subject to the corresponding disciplinary procedures and sanctions in accordance with the labor legislation in force at any given time and the applicable collective agreement.
