Purposes of the Processing of your Personal Data, legal basis and data retention periods.

Processing of personal data based on the consent of the data subject:

Newsletter distribution: The data provided by users will be processed for the purpose of sending newsletters with information that may be of interest to them regarding activities carried out by SOLTEL. The data will be kept until the user requests to unsubscribe from these mailings, at which time it will be deleted.

SOLTEL will process your personal data based on your freely given and explicit consent, which you must provide through the established channels. Please note that this consent may be revoked at any time by submitting a request through the channels provided for exercising your rights as a data subject.

The user or affected party agrees to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information about their situation. Refusal to provide the required personal data, where indicated as mandatory, will mean that SOLTEL will be unable to provide the requested information or the required service.

Recipients of personal data and international data transfers.

Personal data will only be communicated to those entities with which SOLTEL has signed the relevant agreement in order to carry out the requests and applications made.

SOLTEL has not planned to carry out international transfers of personal data.
