Soltel, present at the event "Governed Data, Context, and Applied Intelligence to Transform Public Management"

Soltel was present at the event. «Governed data, context, and applied intelligence to transform public management», a landmark event held in Seville that brought together representatives from various public administrations, organizations, and major technology companies to analyze the strategic role of data and artificial intelligence in the transformation of the public sector.

Alejandro Caraballo, the director of the Business Solutions Division, along with other managers and specialists from our Data Governance and Artificial Intelligence unit, attended this meeting to learn firsthand about the latest initiatives, strategies, and trends concerning data governance, interoperability, and the application of artificial intelligence within public administrations.

Throughout the day, attendees were able to delve into the key factors shaping the evolution of data-driven public management, covering topics such as data governance, system interoperability, data spaces, advanced analytics, and the application of artificial intelligence to improve decision-making and the delivery of public services.

Under the theme "From data to context, from context to knowledge," the event highlighted the need for public organizations not only to manage and share information efficiently, but also to be capable of imbuing it with meaning and transforming it into useful knowledge—thereby fostering an applied intelligence that generates real value in public management.

This approach connects directly with Soltel's experience in the public legal field through eLEX, the legal management platform featuring sovereign artificial intelligence. eLEX applies this very principle to legal services within the public administration: it takes the governed information generated by case files and documents, provides context, and transforms it into actionable knowledge for government legal counsel—all while ensuring that the data remains under the administration’s own control at all times.

Soltel’s participation in this gathering allowed our team to gain firsthand insight into the trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of data governance and artificial intelligence within public administrations—thereby reinforcing our commitment to innovation and the development of solutions that help our clients successfully navigate their digital transformation processes.

Furthermore, the event featured the participation of representatives from national, regional, and local public bodies, as well as key entities and companies from the technology sector, establishing itself as a forum for the exchange of knowledge and experience regarding the strategic use of data and applied intelligence.
