Last June 23, 2025<\/strong>, Soltel<\/a> celebr\u00f3 su esperada jornada interna, un encuentro clave para poner en com\u00fan los avances, logros y retos afrontados por cada una de sus divisiones durante el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o. Adem\u00e1s de revisar el estado actual de los proyectos, el evento sirvi\u00f3 para definir las l\u00edneas estrat\u00e9gicas que guiar\u00e1n a la compa\u00f1\u00eda en el pr\u00f3ximo ciclo, siempre con el objetivo de impulsar la transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong> y consolidar la excelencia de sus servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un equipo experto, comprometido e innovador<\/h2>\n

With more than 800 profesionales especializados<\/strong>, Soltel se mantiene como un referente en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnol\u00f3gicas adaptadas a las necesidades reales de sus clientes. Durante la jornada, varios responsables de proyectos y divisiones compartieron la diversidad, adaptabilidad y compromiso<\/strong> que caracterizan al grupo.<\/span><\/p>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, transmitimos algunos de las\u00a0actualizaciones para cada \u00e1rea de la compa\u00f1\u00eda:<\/span><\/p>\n

AMS: consolidaci\u00f3n y crecimiento<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

La divisi\u00f3n de Application Management Services (AMS)<\/strong> He highlighted the announcement of the start of services related to data governance and a data analytics factory for the Ministry of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification, in collaboration with NTT, the launch of the service in the Parliament of Andalusia and the current status of other projects underway, such as the Software Factory in the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development and IFAPA<\/a>, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n

PMO: greater presence in sensitive projects<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Project Management Office (PMO)<\/strong> announced its new contract with the Equality and Health area, and the integration of the Judicial Bodies (OOJJ) team, reinforcing its presence in projects with great social impact.<\/span><\/p>\n

DMS: broadens horizons and consolidates services<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The division DMS, especially dedicated to data engineering,<\/strong> strengthens its presence in public sector projects, including the start of the IFAPA scientific data management platform<\/strong>, the software factory in the Parliament of Andalusia, as well as in the Ministry of Agriculture or the creation of various products, such as document anonymizers and conversation assistants, such as JuntaGPT<\/strong><\/a>, among other projects.<\/span><\/p>\n

CeI: networks and textualization with AI<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

La divisi\u00f3n de Communication and Infrastructure (CeI)<\/strong> It showcased the execution of key projects such as the Management of the Corporate Telecommunications Network of the Regional Government of Andalusia (RCJA) or the support provided to the Ministry of Tourism and the ICT service to EMASESA, standing out in the modernization of the wiring<\/strong> in public bodies and the deployment of the system AI-powered text generation<\/strong>, especially useful in the judicial environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

PT: More efficient digital environments<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

En cuanto al \u00e1rea de Puesto de Trabajo (PT), se<\/strong> subray\u00f3 el soporte al Parlamento de Andaluc\u00eda y la renovaci\u00f3n de los servicios a SANDETEL<\/a>. Se est\u00e1 avanzando tambi\u00e9n en la migraci\u00f3n a Microsoft 365<\/strong> y en la mejora de procesos internos. El equipo de Soporte Transversal<\/strong> es otro de los hitos recientes, con un enfoque \u00e1gil y multicanal.<\/span><\/p>\n

GC: acompa\u00f1amiento al cambio<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

La divisi\u00f3n de Gesti\u00f3n del Cambio (GC)<\/strong> comparti\u00f3 sus avances en el sistema DICIREG<\/strong>, que se est\u00e1 implantando en registros civiles y consulados. Tambi\u00e9n contin\u00faa su labor en el proyecto MOAD con ayuntamientos y mantiene vigente el contrato de Asesor\u00eda Procesal. Entre las novedades, se destac\u00f3 la candidatura al concurso CAU del Ministerio.<\/span><\/p>\n

OTC: una nueva divisi\u00f3n que despega con fuerza<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

La joven divisi\u00f3n de Optimizaci\u00f3n de la Cadena de Trabajo (OTC)<\/strong> comenz\u00f3 su andadura con proyectos clave como la Administraci\u00f3n de Sistemas del Parlamento<\/strong> y el despliegue para el Centro Inform\u00e1tico Cient\u00edfico de Andaluc\u00eda (CICA). En paralelo, est\u00e1 gestionando servicios internos de Soltel y el soporte a CICA \/ ICA. Adem\u00e1s, esta \u00e1rea estar\u00e1 al frente de varias adjudicaciones la ADA, suponiendo un gran inicio para la divisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n

IDi: ciencia, datos y futuro<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

La divisi\u00f3n de Innovaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo e Investigaci\u00f3n (IDi)<\/strong> He stood out with major projects such as REDUCIT<\/a>, focused on combating drought in Andalusia. It is also running three projects in Health Data Spaces (CONFORM-HEALTH, Key2Rare, and SMARTTRIAL) and has submitted initiatives to Interconecta 2025 (Hydra, MicroBioSkin, and MyMica). The ongoing challenges are balancing workload and sustainable funding.<\/span><\/p>\n

DIS: the drive for intelligent software<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

La divisi\u00f3n de Software Development and Engineering (SDE)<\/strong> shone with the product eLex<\/a>, a LegalTech solution with artificial intelligence that improves the productivity of hundreds of lawyers throughout Spain, is already implemented in several government agencies. Certified at the High Level of the ENS (National Security Scheme), the eLex System was a key player in the Digital Enterprise Show 2025<\/a> and officially presented by the Digital Agency of Andalusia. The DIS area also showcased progress on platforms such as @driano, Fortuny, Lexnet, and Lictor. SIGA<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

TEJA: real transformation of the Administration<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\"\"TEJA<\/strong> It was presented as a centralized, flexible, and extensible electronic processing system. Its objective is to digitize administrative procedures and improve the efficiency of management centers. It integrates tools such as @firma, SCSP, and Port@firmas, and its modular design allows for future adaptations without affecting the core of the system.<\/span><\/p>\n

George: the new order in the agricultural world<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

\"\"Another of the protagonists was GeoReg<\/strong>a solution designed to centralize the Register of Agricultural Holdings (REA)<\/strong> and ensure data consistency in a previously fragmented ecosystem. This interoperable, low-maintenance system enables efficient management for both the administration and citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

A look to the future<\/span><\/h2>\n

In short, this event on June 23rd made it clear that Soltel continues to move forward steadily towards a transformaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica s\u00f3lida, escalable y sostenible en diferentes organismos del sector p\u00fablico<\/strong>.
