Hello everyone: I'm pleased to launch the official Soltel Group blog, where I invite all Soltel employees to actively participate by contributing posts, which we will publish with complete transparency. One of the main objectives of this blog is to showcase the technological expertise we have within our company. Therefore, I encourage you all to publish as many posts as you can that are relevant to Soltel and to our social media followers.<\/p>\n

I would like to begin this first post \"Is it possible to create a company without money?\"<\/b> I'm sharing my first experiences as an entrepreneur in the hope that I can inspire someone, because right now, we need entrepreneurs in this country.<\/p>\n

Be entrepreneur<\/b> It's not easy. At first, there are no contacts, no money, no infrastructure, no equipment, but there is something that every entrepreneur does have: Ideas, enthusiasm, passion, courage, work ethic, excitement, and commitment<\/i>These are the things that make businesses work. The road ahead will be full of setbacks and unexpected events, and it will be a long one, but that shouldn't stop you from experiencing the adventure. It's worth trying.<\/p>\n

From my own experience, I can tell you that doing this requires a great deal of daily effort over many years. Without financial resources, you won't be able to hire anyone at the beginning and you'll have to do everything yourself: go to the accounting firm, prepare the invoices, handle the sales, carry out any work that comes in, etc.<\/p>\n

To give you an idea: in the deeds of Incorporation of Soltel<\/a><\/strong>The company's share capital consists of two Pentium II computers and a motorcycle, all valued at \u20ac3,000 (see attached image). This should give readers an idea of \u200b\u200bmy starting financial resources.<\/p>\n

My first year was enough to make me want to quit. Let me give you some figures: I contacted 483 Andalusian companies to schedule a meeting, but only 11 agreed to see me, and I only managed to secure two orders in my first year. It was enough to make me want to give up. The effort had been enormous, and the results poor. I earned more money as a programmer at any other company and had fewer problems, but my passion overcame all the obstacles I encountered along the way, and I never lost heart. \u201cPerseverance is the first attitude an entrepreneur must have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later, I realized I needed to plan what I truly intended to achieve by creating my own company. I trained in developing a Strategic Plan through one of the free courses offered by the CEA (Spanish Confederation of Employers) and understood that consistency isn't enough, since continuous effort without a clear purpose would never lead to success. It's essential to persevere, strive towards a goal, objectively track progress, and ultimately, align action with the vision.<\/p>\n

Some people are looking for \"THE IDEA\" that no one has yet implemented, something no one has thought of until now, but I can tell you that these kinds of things rarely happen in life. Why not look at a business model you like, even if it already exists? Take its strengths and improve its weaknesses. If you succeed, you will have created a company, entered an existing market, faced competition, and had the opportunity to outperform it.<\/p>\n

Anyone who embarks on this type of adventure deserves the utmost respect from society, even though an outdated Spanish culture views the figure of the entrepreneur as someone who exploits the worker... when precisely what this country needs are entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

To summarize this post: to be an entrepreneur, you need a vision and perseverance. If you have unwavering faith in these two attributes, you'll take off.<\/p>\n

The group has offices in Spain (Badajoz, Madrid and Seville) and Mexico (Federal District) and employs 130 workers.<\/p>\n
