{"id":8985,"date":"2023-06-28T15:08:47","date_gmt":"2023-06-28T15:08:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/?p=5414"},"modified":"2025-08-13T10:19:50","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T10:19:50","slug":"themis-ia-en-juzgados-andaluces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/en\/themis-ia-en-juzgados-andaluces\/","title":{"rendered":"Themis, the AI \u200b\u200btool implemented by Soltel, arrives in the Andalusian courts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/organismos\/justiciaadministracionlocalyfuncionpublica.html\">Ministry of Justice, Local Administration and Public Service<\/a>, led by Jos\u00e9 Antonio Nieto, announces that the Artificial Intelligence tool <strong>Themis<\/strong>, sold and implemented by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soltel.es\/en\/\">Soltel<\/a>, <strong>It will be available in the Andalusian courts from June 28th<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>The Ministry of Justice trusts Soltel and incorporates AI in the Courtrooms<\/h2>\n<p>The Junta has decided to take advantage of the opportunities that technology offers in the judicial field, because <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Nieto's announcement<\/strong> at the conferences \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.upo.es\/diario\/en\/docencia-formacion\/2023\/06\/unas-jornadas-analizan-la-implantacion-de-soluciones-de-inteligencia-artificial-en-el-ambito-de-la-justicia\/\">Artificial Intelligence in the Administration of Justice<\/a>\u2018 <strong>This represents a new step in the digital transformation of this sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thus, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool, <strong>Themis<\/strong>This will provide a significant boost to digital justice in the region. <strong>starting June 28th<\/strong>We must point out that <strong>his<\/strong> <strong>This implementation has been made possible thanks to the trust placed in our company, Soltel,<\/strong> who already has more than 10 years of experience in the Digital Justice sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Themis: Automatic subtitling of court recordings and other functions<\/h2>\n<p>This advanced AI tool <strong>It will automatically subtitle the recordings of hearings and statements. <\/strong>With this function, judges will be able to <strong>search for specific fragments much more easily<\/strong> in legal proceedings, locating names, concepts, amounts, places and almost any type of reference they need instantly.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Themis will be able to <strong>simplify the analysis of testimonies <\/strong>through these specific searches, because <strong>This will mean much faster access to information<\/strong> that a judge requires at a specific moment to make a decision.<\/p>\n<p>As Nieto points out:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"AI provides important support for judges to expedite and shorten resolution times, which is one of the main problems in the Justice system, currently aggravated by the overload of work and the accumulated delays due to the succession of labor disputes from different professional groups.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It should be added to this statement that Themis is supported by ERDF funds, and its functionality for transcribing recordings will not only be available to judges, magistrates and court clerks, but also <strong>It will soon reach the Public Prosecutor's Offices as well.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Soltel's commitment to Digital Justice<\/h2>\n<p>Themis is one of the LegalTech projects Soltel has been working on in recent years, many of which are already making their mark in the Digital Justice sector.
