He then presented ELEX.<\/strong> the company's innovative comprehensive legal case management system, powered by <strong>artificial intelligence, which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/en\/soltel-universidad-sevilla-convenio-elex\/\">It will be incorporated into the students' practical training.<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>SOLTEL speakers at the 2nd Artificial Intelligence Week<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This event, held from <strong>October 21-25<\/strong>, brings together about fifty <strong>experts in<\/strong> <strong>AI<\/strong> in a total of <strong>fourteen round tables<\/strong> dedicated to technological advances in different areas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-6341\" src=\"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/IMG_0342-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"II Semana de la Inteligencia Artificial Facultad de Derecho de Sevilla\" width=\"272\" height=\"182\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On this occasion, the organization reserved a networking space for SOLTEL Group in which, in almost two hours, <strong>Alejandro Caraballo<\/strong>, Product Manager of the eLex System at SOLTEL, and <strong>Pablo Salas<\/strong>, AI Consultant for legal case file procedures, led a <strong>the presentation stood out for its informative value for both legal professionals and students.<\/strong>. The session was moderated by Roc\u00edo Lasarte L\u00f3pez, Vice Dean of Master's Degrees and External Internships at the Faculty of Law and Contracted PhD Professor of Financial and Tax Law.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ELEX: the legal case management system that improves legal productivity<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>ELEX<\/strong> It is an online tool designed for <strong>optimize the<\/strong> <strong>productivity in the legal field<\/strong>, capable of <strong>reduce bureaucracy in offices by up to 80%<\/strong>, which results in <strong>a 45% improvement in productivity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Some features of the system:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>ELEX<\/strong> It incorporates advanced features that improve efficiency in legal management and document administration. Its main features include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Integration with Lexnet<\/strong>: Facilitates the secure transfer of documentation between judicial bodies and administrations, optimizing communications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Signature tray and @firma<\/strong>: Integrates the <strong>electronic signature of documents<\/strong>, streamlining the validation and authorization of legal procedures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advanced document management<\/strong>: Improves the search and organization of files through <strong>advanced filters<\/strong>, optimizing access to relevant information.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dashboard<\/strong>: Provides reports and <strong>detailed statistics<\/strong> for decision-making, assisting in the supervision and monitoring of cases.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security and compliance<\/strong>: Aligned with the <strong>National Security Scheme (ENS)<\/strong>, <strong>ELEX<\/strong> guarantees the protection of sensitive data through <strong>advanced security technologies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to these main functionalities, eLex includes complementary modules, such as template management, legal agenda management, entry and exit registration, work calendar, message and notification management, and specific modules for reports and statistics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Law students will learn to use ELEX<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-6340\" src=\"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/20241024_122512-300x182.jpg\" alt=\"II Semana de la Inteligencia Artificial Facultad de Derecho de Sevilla\" width=\"300\" height=\"182\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The success of <strong>ELEX<\/strong> has promoted a <strong>collaboration agreement<\/strong> between <strong>SOLTEL<\/strong> and the <strong>University of Seville<\/strong>, allowing law students to use this platform in their practical training.
