This system has been designed and built under <strong>5 fundamental premises<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Adaptability to changing needs:<\/strong> The system has been designed with exceptional flexibility, allowing it to adapt to specific regulations and requirements at any time, without needing to modify the code.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speed \u200b\u200bin processing:<\/strong> Integration with electronic administration tools and automation of routine tasks have greatly improved times in repetitive and predictable processes, freeing users from this burden.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Guided processing system:<\/strong> It is a system based on a powerful workstation that is fed by tasks generated automatically, as certain processing criteria are met in the files being processed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strict control of deadlines:<\/strong> The system automatically collects the legal deadlines that must be met in any type of procedure and the tasks necessary to prioritize the processing of files with deadlines close to expiry.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High level of security:<\/strong> Based on user profiles, this tool has a powerful security system that limits access to functions and file data according to their confidentiality, in addition to recording all accesses and changes made.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soltel continues to drive the digital transformation of public bodies<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The project discussed in this article, concerning the creation of a case management system for the Andalusian Transparency and Data Protection Council, represents another milestone in the modernization of public bodies by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soltel.es\/en\/\">Soltel<\/a>, as the company awarded the contract.<\/p>\n<p>One of the most recent examples of this transformation is the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soltel.es\/en\/oficina-tecnica-consejeria-salud\/\">Specialized Technical Office service in Health<\/a> that the company will provide to SANDETEL, whose contract aims to provide comprehensive support to projects of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/organismos\/saludyconsumo.html\">Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs<\/a>.
