FINES MANAGEMENT

Solkar is a software for real-time management of traffic fines imposed by Security Forces. Through a mobile device police officers can access local databases to identify a vehicle or its owner and legitimize a sanction document accompanying pictures taken with the same device.Fines are registered geopositioned.

The sanction can be communicated in real time, in case the offender is present, printing it and the payment form with a belt printer, or a notification procedure will be activated (if the offender is absent).

The applications is developed in native Android to optimize the devices performance

Specifically designed to be very easy to use, allowing to fulfill a fine with almost no typing and using optical recognition of plates

Connectivity

Integrated with taxpayers databases, street maps and ATEX (the DGT tool for browsing information about vehicles and drivers)

Multiagent

The officer's data are registered in the device, so they don't need to be entered for each sanction, and allowing several officers to share the same device.

Immediate tickets printing

It allows to print a sanction generating a ticket using a DPP printer

Signing

It allows signing on the screen and then includes the signature in the printed ticket
